Position: Business Development Analyst - Multiple Openings |
Responsible for the development of market competitive and cost effective pricing strategies for all shipping movements while keeping in mind strict regulatory commerce requirements worldwide. Compiles reports on recommendations regarding timing and required financial structuring needed to effect entry into various and specifically assigned geographic markets. Researches and analyzes prevailing trends and conditions in containerized transportation, assesses new market opportunities and performs data analyses in order to provide management with recommendations regarding the enhancement of existing traditional and non-traditional business development initiatives and processes. Interprets changes in international maritime laws and regulations in order to evaluate their effect on our company’s position in specific markets. Actively assists management in evaluating new commercial opportunities in various markets with an eye toward maximizing our company’s share of each market while ensuring that our customers and supplying clients remain satisfied. Requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or closely related field.
