We are glad to share that MSC USA has launched a new digital solution allowing USA customers to submit their Demurrage, Detention and Per Diem disputes online. Please note, the Per Diem Billing department has up to 60 days from the return date to bill the per diem to the trucker. MSC is unable to quote per diem charges prior to final billing. Please allow the Billing Team to complete the auditing process.

Important Note:

7/29/2024 Release: 

TTI APM WBCT open to release all sizes. Except for WBCT, MTY release closed for 40HC only.
APM open both shifts to release all sizes.
ALL EQ Damaged return to TTI for LA/LGB area.


**IMPORTANT** 

•	Please verify container(s) directly with the terminal website to ensure empty will be accepted. Container(s) that are specifically requested to be returned to a different location will be blocked at terminal (s). Any issues reach out to eq cs USA-Equipment.team@msc.com.
•	Regarding Damages: Please note that if terminal is showing CLOSED for empty receiving, they will NOT be able to accept damaged containers until they re-open, please email for an acceptance to return to TTI USA-Equipment.team@msc.com.

•	All 40DV and 40HC units which came out of BNSF Hudson ramp on the import side will only be accepted at BNSF Hudson.
•	All 40DV and 40HC units which came out of BNSF Denver ramp on the import side will only be accepted at BNSF Denver.
•	All 40DV and 40HC units which came out of UPRR on the import side will only be accepted at UPRR.
•	All 20DV empty units that are not damaged are to return to TSL regardless of where they were picked up import side.
